Intermediate support builds on the Foundation support with additional ability to log support calls online and remote support by our engineers.

Standard support adds access to a telephone helpdesk to Intermediate Support.

Services support contract - Premium

This is our most comprehensive support package, giving you all the features of Standard support lower level contracts, as well as a dedicated service manager, an additional planned engineer day and 1 technical seminar place.

Microsoft network support - primary schools

Support for your Microsoft network including telephone support, 24/7 online support and remote diagnostics. Options are available for onsite visits and remote fix of problems.
