"Everybody who works at RM Education is very passionate about what they do. They're very passionate about education and I think the big thing is that they really want to make the difference and one of our key parts of being part of Lego is that you should have fun.

Everybody uses Lego and Lego education has fun so the employees should have fun as well. They have a employer of the year award and I was fortunate that in my first year I won the employer of the year award. It was actually something I was really proud of because I'd never had anything like that before. It's a way of recognising hard work and the effort that you put in and it's great that there is that reward at the end of it.

I think where I've been very fortunate at RM Education is that I've had a chance to work around a lot of the group companies. And with that I've got a lot of experience in different areas and areas that I'd never thought I would get to work in. That's what RM Education's all about.

The one thing that stands out for me with RM Education is that you're always given opportunity. They always try to push you that little bit further. You've always got the support, they always support you in what you're doing, but they always try to push you just past your boundaries.

RM Education and the people that work at RM Education, I think what we stand for, certainly from my perspective, is making a difference for teachers and students."
