Our Graduates will become the next managers and leaders of the business - our former CEO, Tim Pearson (2002 - 2008) joined as a software engineering graduate in 1981. Bringing business results to life

Each year cross-disciplinary teams of graduates work with a senior level sponsor on a real-life business project that will impact RM Education, such as international market entry, new product development or the creation of a new channel to market etc. The competition is judged by the Senior Executive and provides significant exposure and the chance to network broadly.
