Our graduates will become the next managers and leaders of the business - our former CEO, Tim Pearson (2002 - 2008) joined as a software engineering graduate in 1981 and our current CEO David Brooks is from our Graduate class of '91. Bringing business results to life

Each year cross-disciplinary teams of graduates work with a senior level sponsor on a real-life business project that will impact RM Education, new product development or the creation of a new channel to market etc. The competition is judged by the Senior Executive and provides significant exposure and the chance to network broadly.
